● Identification of the company organising the giveaway: 

The company Sany Bags S.L., which has its fiscal address in Calle Aparadoras 7-A. PC: 03610, Petrer, assigned TIN B54534524, has organised this giveaway. 

● Starting and closing dates for entries in the competition and the geographic area 

The starting date to enter the competition shall be the 08/08/2022 and the closing date shall be the 22/08/2022 at 23:59. Participants can only send in their entries within this time period. 

The campaign has been organised for users from all over the world, except: Brazil, Russia, Ukraine and islands outside of Spain.  

The prize includes: pack of products and free delivery. It does not include customs charges or additional fees. The winner would have to pay the customs charges if there are any. If these charges, which Anekke is not responsible for, are not paid, the prize would not be awarded.  

SANY BAGS, S.L. is entitled to postpone or extend the time period to send in entries for the competition in the event of force majeure, and it can also interpret these terms and conditions as it deems fit.

Anyone who is over 18, living anywhere in the world, can take part in the competition.  

Employees of Sany Bags S.L., experts in competitions, shops or professional customers or fraudulent individuals cannot take part in the competition.

The prize draw shall be carried out using the Easypromos app.

Under no circumstances whatsoever can the prize be exchanged for its monetary value. 

The winners cannot choose their prize pack; they shall be awarded according to the prize draw established by SANY BAGS S.L. 

SANY BAGS, S.L. cannot be held responsible for any possible loss, damage, theft or any other circumstance attributable to the courier services that deliver the prizes.  

If any product is not in stock SANY BAGS SL might replace it for another, which cannot be chosen by the user either.  

The winner cannot claim any type of monetary compensation or the replacement of the product if it is faulty.  

● Penalisation in the event of fraudulent use: 

SANY BAGS, S.L. shall be entitled to take legal action against anyone who does anything that might be considered to be the manipulation of the competition or cheating. 

SANY BAGS, S.L. shall be exempt from any liability for any damage or loss caused by the temporary unavailability or lack of continuity of the app service, through which participants enter the competition, or the misuse of it by users or fraud when accessing the different websites and replies sent via Internet concerning participants’ entries.

● Acceptance of the legal terms and conditions: 

When participants send their entries in for the competition it is assumed that they accept these legal terms and conditions. If participants do not accept all or part of these legal terms and conditions they shall not be allowed to take part in it and consequently, SANY BAGS, S.L. shall be relieved of the responsibility of upholding its obligations assumed with the participant in question. 

• Organisation of the giveaway and the message about it: 

The giveaways will take place on the 25/08/2022 and the lucky winners will be notified in each channel as of the 26/08/2022, so that: 

-Participants will be sent an email confirming the winners and which pack each of them has won. 

- Instagram participants will be tagged in the post and they will be notified directly through a message. 

- Facebook participants will be tagged in the post and they will be notified directly through a message. 

- Tiktok participants will be tagged in the post. 

- #anekkelovers participants will be published in Instagram Stories. 

All the winners will be announced in the promotion page.
