Legal terms and conditions of the promotion

- Identification of the company organising the competition:

The company Sany Bags S.L. that has its fiscal address in Calle Aparadoras 7-A. PC: 03610 Petrer and TIN B54534524 has organised this competition.

- Opening and closing dates of the competition and geographic scope

The competition will open on the 07/12/2022 and it will close on the 31/12/2022 at 23:59.

Users from all over the world can enter the competition apart from those living in: Brazil, Russia, the Ukraine and islands outside of Spain.

The prize includes: a surprise gift and free shipping. It does not include the payment of customs duties or additional fees. The winner would have to pay the customs duties if there are any. If these expenses, which are unrelated to Anekke, are not paid, the prize would not be awarded.

SANY BAGS, S.L. is entitled to call off, postpone or extend the time period to send in entries for the competition in the event of force majeure, and it can also interpret these legal terms and conditions as it wishes.

- Rules and conditions to take part:

Anyone who is over 18, living anywhere in the world, can take part in the competition.

Employees of Sany Bags S.L., competition experts, stores or professional customers or fraudulent individuals cannot take part in the competition.

Under no circumstances whatsoever can the prize be redeemed for its monetary value.

If the order that is associated with a winning code is returned, Sany Bags S.L. might ask for the prize to be returned.

A prize associated with this promotion cannot be claimed if the related order is returned.

Winners cannot choose their prize; they are awarded according to the terms and conditions of the competition established by SANY BAGS S.L.

The winners will be given a voucher (printed on the card) that can be used once and it is not transferable, it can be redeemed until the 31/01/2023. The name, surname, the number of the order that came with winning card and the same email address as the one used to make the order are required to redeem the prize. The prize will only be sent to the person who made the order that is associated with the winning code and to the address that it was sent to and under no circumstances whatsoever shall it be sent to anyone else or to any other address.

SANY BAGS, S.L. cannot be held responsible for any possible loss, deterioration, theft or any other circumstances attributable to the courier service that might deliver the prizes.

The winner cannot claim any type of monetary compensation or replacement of the product if it is faulty.

- Penalisation in the event of fraudulent use:

SANY BAGS, S.L. is entitled to take legal action against anyone who does anything that might be considered to be manipulation or falsification of the competition.

SANY BAGS, S.L. shall be released from any responsibility for any damage or loss caused by the temporary unavailability or downtime of the app service, which is used to take part in the competition, or by users cheating when taking part in the competition, or the fraudulent access to different websites and replies sent via Internet concerning participants’ entries.

- Acceptance of the legal terms and conditions:

When participants send their entries in for the competition it is assumed that they accept these legal terms and conditions. If participants do not accept all or part of these legal terms and conditions they shall not be allowed to take part in the competition and therefore SANY BAGS, S.L. shall be relieved of the responsibility of upholding its obligations assumed with the participant in question.

- Prize draw and notifying the winners:

The “golden tickets” (here the prizes associated with the promotion) will come with the orders. The cards will be included in the orders randomly when they are being prepared in the warehouse.

To be able to ask to be sent the prize, the winner must register the voucher and provide the information required in the URL they receive.
