Gorgeous product but no response from anekke when emailed team. Was a delay in shipment and these things happen, enquired with anekke team for the issue but no response. The courier company was able to tell me some documentation had been missing from anekke and were in contact with sender. I emailed anekke again to let them know what I found out and for me to contact me once it was resolved so I knew it was on route. No response again. The bag did arrive after about 4/5 weeks and it is gorgeous, anekke make good products. However if there was a problem as they do not respond, I would not be able to resolve this and therefore regretfully I will not be able to order any products from them and only buy in a reputable store. It is such a shame but others should think about this when ordering. So sad this is the case.

The bags I ordered for myself and my daughter are beautiful and do not disappoint. They are so different to the simple, plain bags that are on offer at a lot of places. However the delivery of these bags was very disappointing and means we will not be reordering. The cost of the bags was significant but worth it however the additional £56 we had to pay to actually get the bags has soured the experience as we were not advised of these additional costs at the point of ordering or this may have changed our position. I think this is a little disingenuous and would suggest customers are advised of these additional costs before completing the order.
